Common questions
Can I use my own design?
Yes. Choose the Signature and prepare both sides in the cart’s design studio. We check the design before printing. The Classic uses the SurfCard house design and needs no artwork.
How do I start using my card?
Sign in to SurfCard, follow the activation steps and choose the profile to link. Keep the private activation code supplied with the card for code-based activation.
Does the person I tap need an app?
No SurfCard app is needed. On a compatible phone, a tap opens your chosen profile, vCard download or WhatsApp conversation. The recipient chooses whether to save your details or send a message.
