Common questions
Can I use my own design?
Yes — the Signature card prints both sides from your own artwork, designed right at checkout; our team checks every design before it prints and will ask for changes if something is off. The Classic ships in the SurfCard house design and needs no artwork.
How do I start using my card?
Every card ships with a claim code. Tap the card, enter the code, choose the profile it should carry — done. No configuration, no cables, no manual.
Does the person I tap need an app?
No. A tap opens your profile in the browser they already have, or drops your details straight into their contacts — whichever behaviour the card is set to. They install nothing.
