Is Lite really free?
Yes. Lite is permanently free and includes one multilingual profile, thirty scans a month, all layouts, sharing, the contact hub, email signatures, virtual backgrounds and wallet passes.
What does Pro add?
Ten profiles, 1,000 scans a month, up to ten photos per upload, removal of the SurfCard banner, contact CSV export and import, and two years of analytics history — HK$28 a month. If it lapses, your cards keep working and extra profiles stay live, read-only until you return.
Does Enterprise include personal Pro?
Enterprise covers company-managed profiles, company contacts and team tools. Your personal plan stays separate. Contact import and export apply to your personal contact book on Pro, and your company contact book on Enterprise.
How do company scans work?
Each paid seat adds 1,000 scans a month to a shared company pool. Select your company before scanning. Each uploaded photo uses one scan; a confirmed scan saves a personal copy and a permanent company copy. Private notes and tags stay separate.
Do administrators need a paid seat?
Owners and admins can manage the workspace without using a paid seat in admin-only mode. They need an assigned seat to hold a company profile or NFC card.
Do I need to buy a card to use SurfCard?
No. Every plan works without a physical card. NFC cards are optional, from HK$499 as a one-time purchase. Your personal profile allowance is whichever is higher: your plan’s profile count or the number of personal NFC cards you have activated. Company profiles are separate.
Do you sell my data?
No. We make our money from cards and subscriptions — not from your contacts.
