How do contacts get into the hub?
Scan a paper card, save someone from their SurfCard profile, or add them by hand. Pro also supports CSV import with a preview and field mapping. Every contact keeps its source.
Can I search Chinese names?
Yes. Save a Chinese name alongside an English name and search either one. The same search also covers company names, job titles and where you met.
What can I record besides the name?
Phone numbers, emails, websites, company and job title, plus tags, notes and when and where you met.
Does the contact hub cost anything?
The personal hub, tags, notes and search are included in Lite. Contact CSV import and export are Pro features. Enterprise adds a separate shared company contact book.
