A man in a café reviewing his contacts on his phone beside a small stack of business cards

Everyone you’ve met, one search away.

Tapped, scanned or typed — every road leads to one hub that remembers more than a name.

A pocket of cards is not a network.

You come home from an event with twenty cards and no way to tell which conversation went with which name. A week later they are somewhere on the desk, the names never reached your phone, and the one person you actually wanted to follow up with is gone.

A pile of business cards and an event lanyard scattered on a café table

However they arrived, they’re here.

Contacts from card scans, from taps, from manual entry — one list, one search, no silos. Each contact keeps its source, so you always know how you met.

Scanned

Your phone remembers numbers. SurfCard remembers meetings.

Tag people the way you think — client, supplier, investor. Record where and when you met. Add the note you’ll thank yourself for in six months. Context is the difference between a contact list and a network.

Find them the way you remember them.

Search by name, company, or where you met — in English or Chinese. The hub searches everything at once.

Then find out what it’s doing.

Every profile view, tap, scan and link click is counted — so you can tell which introductions actually went somewhere.

Your contacts are yours.

Every contact you save is yours alone — nobody else on SurfCard can see your hub, and you can delete any contact, permanently, whenever you like.

Common questions

How do contacts get into the hub?

Three ways: scan a paper card and the details are drafted for you, save someone from their SurfCard profile after a tap, or type them in by hand. Every contact keeps the source it came from.

Can I search Chinese names?

Yes. A contact can carry a second-script line for both the name and the company, and one search covers both at once — along with the job title and where you met.

What can I record besides the name?

Phone numbers, emails, websites, company and title — plus the things that actually help six months later: tags you choose, where and when you met, and a free-text note.

Does the contact hub cost anything?

No — the hub is part of Lite, the free plan.
