The cards were never the problem. The exchange was.
SurfCard started with a drawer everyone in Hong Kong owns: the one full of business cards you meant to do something with. The cards were never the problem — the exchange was. Handing out your details got easier every year; keeping the ones you received never did.
So we built both halves. A card that shares a living profile instead of static ink. A scanner that reads the cards the world still hands you — in the languages this city actually prints. And one hub where every introduction, tapped or snapped, stays findable.

We run our own UV printing and chip programming in-house in Hong Kong. Every card is printed, made ready to tap and checked by us — which is why custom designs are a conversation with the people who’ll actually make them.
