One scanning pool for the team
Each paid seat contributes 1,000 scans a month. Select the company before uploading, with up to 10 photos per upload. Each photo uses one scan. Group captures under events such as trade shows and conferences.
Company activity, made visible
Review company, department, member and NFC-card performance, including taps, profile views, link clicks and captured contacts. Export analytics and the audit log, which records who changed company settings, people, profiles and cards.

What happens when an employee leaves?
Their company profiles are archived and taken offline, wallet passes are revoked, and company access ends. Company-captured copies remain; contacts the employee shared on a revocable basis are withdrawn. Their personal contacts and profiles remain theirs. Reuse the NFC hardware with the successor’s own profile.
Can members change their profiles?
Members can edit the unlocked parts of their assigned company profiles. Brand templates control locked fields, while authorized managers can manage profiles and publication. Company profiles never show the SurfCard promotional banner.
Does every administrator need a paid seat?
No. Owners and built-in admins can have admin-only access without using an assigned seat. Those accounts manage the workspace but cannot hold a company profile or NFC card until given a seat. Active cardholding members use seats, and pending cardholder invitations reserve them.
Does Enterprise include personal Pro?
No. One login can access both spaces, but Enterprise funds company work only. Personal profiles, scans, contacts and paid features follow the person’s own Lite or Pro plan. Choose the company before scanning to use its shared allowance and save a permanent company contact copy.
Can we get cards in our own design?
Yes. We print custom NFC cards with your artwork and logo in-house in Hong Kong. Physical cards are quoted separately from the Enterprise subscription; you can also share company profiles by link or QR code without buying hardware.
How do we get Enterprise?
Contact us for a quote for your company workspace and seat count. Enterprise covers the company tools described above. NFC hardware is optional and quoted separately.
